What is this?

hoje.ai lets you set up a page your clients can book from, and keeps the bookings. By signing in with Google, or otherwise using hoje.ai, you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account; there is no separate password. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. If you use hoje.ai for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

What is yours

The bookings, client details and pages you put in hoje.ai are yours. You give us the permission we need to store them, to show them where you told us to, and to send the e-mails and calendar events your booking page sends — and nothing else.

Your clients’ information: what we do on your behalf

For the personal information of the people who book with you, you are the controller and we are the processor, as the privacy notice explains. As processor:

• we process it only on your instructions and only to provide hoje.ai to you;
• you decide what to ask your clients for and why, and you are responsible for having a lawful reason to ask and for telling your clients, in your own words, what you do with their information;
• we keep it confidential;
• we use the providers named in the privacy notice to run the service, and we update the notice before we add one;
• when a client asks you to access, correct or erase their information, we help you when you tell us to — write to raf@bandeira.tech;
• when you stop using hoje.ai, we erase your clients’ records at your request, or return them to you first if you ask.

What you agree not to do

Use hoje.ai to break the law, to send your clients what they did not ask for, to reach into other people’s accounts, or to interfere with the service.

The state of the service

hoje.ai is young and changes often. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will never be down or wrong, and features can change or end. When we can, we tell you before we remove something you depend on.

What it costs

These terms set no price. If anything costs money, we agree it with you before it applies to you.

Ending

You can stop using hoje.ai whenever you like. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and we will say why.

Limits

Nothing here limits a right the law says cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer where they apply. Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect losses — such as bookings you miss while the service is down — except where the law does not let us exclude them.

Changes, and who to write to

When we change these terms the date at the top changes, and for a change that matters to you we tell you before it applies. Write to raf@bandeira.tech about anything here.
